Crop and Food Security Assessment Missions (CFSAM)

The guidelines are for joint FAO/WFP Crop and Food Security Missions conducted at the request of governments to validate the crop and food security situation estimates, while crops are still in the fields. The missions analyse the supply and demand for staple foods, estimate uncovered staple food import requirements for the coming year and analyse households’ access to food.
