Ensure the WFP employee structure and resources safeguarded for targeting activities (data collection, appeal, monitoring, etc.) is realistic vis-à-vis the targeting methodologies Ensure targeting activities are budgeted for in agreements with cooperating partners
To safeguard resources, coordination with the budgeting teams in the CO must be done to reflect targeting needs in CO budgets. This is done using the AME tool:
