# Terms of References (TORs) for Short-Term Staff

Conducting large-scale assessments sometimes come with a need to hire additional staff during peak workloads. Often this includes enumerators for data collection, but can also include additional analytical capacity for data analysis, report writing, nutrition analysis etc.
