# Report Writing

Clear and effective reporting is essential for communicating assessment results and supporting evidence-based decision-making. The reporting phase brings together analysis, visualisation, and narrative to ensure findings are accessible and actionable for a wide range of audiences.

**Report Templates**

Reporting results typically takes one of three main formats:

- **Short Summary Reports (2–4 pages):** These concise briefs highlight key findings, recommendations, and implications for decision-makers. They are ideal for senior management, donors, and partners who need a quick overview.
