Process monitoring is one of the most important quality assurance checks of our operations. It enables WFP to detect problems and take action to solve issues and serve our beneficiaries better. Process monitoring is the continuous monitoring of the implementation of WFP operations in the field. Things to examine include (1) how well activities are implemented in the field; (2) how compliant WFP offices and partners are with WFP guidelines and contract agreements; and (3) how accurate the information reported in partner and service provider reports is. ## **Process Monitoring Survey Templates** On this page you can find example templates with the minimum acceptable content for process monitoring questionnaires. The following process monitoring survey templates supersede previous versions of the “Process Monitoring Toolkit”. Each provides the **minimum set** of questions a country should include for process monitoring data collection. WFP staff can save these questionnaires in their Survey Designer account, use them for data collection and customise them as they choose. Sharing with external audiences: - **PDF**: a static version for DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY. It is not meant for data collection use and may be shared with external partners, donors and government counterparts. - **Enketo preview:** a dynamic version for DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY. This preview shows what the survey will look like in the data collection tool.
