# Targeting Documentation Requirements

This note aims to guide COs in adhering to the documentation requirements: [CO Targeting & prioritization documentation requirements](https://docs.wfp.org/api/documents/WFP-0000122095/download/).

The note focuses on two levels of requirements:

- **Strategic (CSP) level**, outlining the requirements for the creation of a **Targeting Strategy**
- **Operational (activity) level**, outlining the requirements for the creation of **Targeting SOPs**
